Mister Latin Jazz

They call me "Mister Latin Jazz" because supporting Latin Jazz education, performance and documenting the artists that create it, is my life's work. I am the President of the Board of Directors of San Jose Jazz, Vice-Chairman of San Francisco's Yerba Buena Gardens Festival, Co-Founder and Business Director of The Latin Jazz Youth Ensemble of San Francisco and a Co-Founder of Latino Entertainmnent Partners. My name is Arturo Riera but you can call me Mister Latin Jazz!

John Santos just celebrated his 21st year as bandleader of The Machete Ensemble. 2007 also celebrates the year The Machete Ensemble disbands. Through the years Santos produced many CD's and created many fans around the world.
